Our mission is first, to prepare millennial women, respectfully known as “B.A.B.E.S.” (Beautiful, Ambitious, Brilliant, Entrepreneurs ) to navigate the workforce with integrity, and second, to support and empower women who have been sidetracked and derailed in their careers due to sexual harassment and gender discrimination.

Our fierce and empowering leader, M. Reese Everson is a tireless advocate for young women, committed to helping them to find their voice and showing them how walk in their purpose, uncompromised. While serving as Advocate in Chief, she travels the globe as a Sexual Harassment Expert, Workplace Integrity Engineer, author, and speaker.

Prior to launching B.A.B.E.s, M. Reese Everson’s proven legal expertise propelled her to be chosen to serve as legislative staff to some of the most senior elected members of the United States Congress. It was there that she realized a need, and set out to fill it. As a native Detroiter, M. Reese Everson is an urban Renaissance women, driven to make her mark on the world. Now she has returned to her first love of serving through advocacy, and giving back to young women like herself.

Fact Gathering

Fact Gathering

Fact gathering can be difficult when you are overwhelmed emotionally. Digging through documents and emails can be dreadful, each page can feel like you are reliving the experience. Let us help you sort through the details and putting your support file in order.

Facilitative mediation is a dispute resolution process where the parties voluntarily agree to meet with our mediator. Each party has an opportunity to present his or her perception of the problem. The mediator, together with the parties, define the issues involved in the dispute. The mediation session begins with the parties and mediators meeting together at the table. When the parties discuss and work out terms that are mutually acceptable, a mediation agreement is drafted incorporating these terms. The agreement is signed by all parties. The mediation agreement becomes a contract enforceable in court.
